Unless otherwise noted on your contract, the time included in the ceremony package is 1 hour starting 20 minutes prior to the planned ceremony time. Additional time requested or made necessary due to unforeseen delays such as weather, late arrivals, etc will be charged $25 per 1/4 hour. We request that you advise our office no later than 11:00 AM on the day of the ceremony of any location changes.

The system for your ceremony can be as simple as a single speaker with a music source to a multiple speaker system with multiple microphones or even connections for musical instruments. The complexity of the system and the location of the ceremony will affect the cost.

The Sand Ceremony is a popular variation on the Unity Candle. The Bride and Groom pour two different colors of sand simultaneously into one larger vessel signifying the two persons intermixed as one.
