Master of Ceremony service $95.00 & up:
If you do not have your own MC, we will take care of the introductions and other formalities during the dinner portion of the reception. Prices vary depending on complexity. All announcements and formalities during the dance are part of the basic services. This service may not be available with basic package bookings.

LCD projector and screen $195.00:
Don't pay the high rental rates of A/V companies or haul expensive gear to the reception. We can take care of it all for you.

If you will be providing your own PowerPoint file or other source to run on our equipment, we require that you provide us with the source material at least 48 hours prior to the event to test and ensure compatability with our software or playback equipment. If you are providing the computer or playback device, it must be available for setup and testing at least 1/2 hour prior to guest arrival. Failure to do so can result in problems ranging from sound quality issues or even complete failure of the entire presentation. If these requirements are not met and in the rare case that a serious problem does occur, we will do everything we can to ensure that the presentation goes as planned, but there will be no discounts given in compensation for any failure that may occur.


Video production $45.00 / hour:
